GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sirius Beach Spa Hotel

These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for making online and direct reservations at Spa Hotel Sirius Beach, hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel” for brevity.

By making a reservation, the customer declares that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.


I. RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

1. Online Reservations

The hotel is obligated to provide the services requested and paid for by the guest via online reservation, in accordance with the information provided by the guest:
name, length of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children, ages of the children, and price per night.

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. In the event of a discrepancy between the information provided and the actual facts, the Hotel reserves the right to:

  • to grant additional pay, or

  • to refuse accommodation.

The “Additional Information” field on the reservation form is not binding on the Hotel. The guest’s requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

After successfully making an online reservation, the customer receives a confirmation email containing all the details, the price, and the terms for changes and cancellations.


2. Direct bookings (email, phone, website)

The hotel provides the services requested and paid for by the guest through a direct reservation, based on the information provided:
name, dates, number of nights, meal plan, number of adults and children, standard and extra beds, and nightly rate.

Children under 1.9 years of age (as of the date of arrival) stay free of charge.
Upon check-in, the hotel may request documentation verifying the child’s age. If incorrect information is provided and the child is 12 years of age or older, they will be charged the adult rate.


3. Check-in and check-out times

  • Check-in: after 3:00 p.m.

  • Check-out time for rooms, the complex, and the parking lot: by 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance, confirmed by the hotel, and paid for separately on site. The hotel reserves the right to refuse these services depending on availability.

The reservation begins with an afternoon snack and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Meals are served buffet-style for groups of at least 35 guests.


II. PRICES AND PAYMENT

1. Online Reservations

Prices on the website are in Bulgarian levs (BGN) and include VAT, tourist tax, and insurance.
Amounts may also be displayed in other currencies for informational purposes.

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit must be paid as specified in the reservation form and in the confirmation, via:

  • debit/credit card, or

  • bank transfer within the specified time frame.

If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.


2. Direct bookings

Prices are in euros (EUR) and include 9% VAT, tourist tax, and insurance.

  • For early bookings: 50% deposit

  • Following early registration:

    • 50% within 7 days of confirmation

    • 50% upon check-in at the front desk

  • Last-minute reservations: 100% prepayment

If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be canceled.


III. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

1. Online Reservations

Reservations with a check-in date 7 or more days from now:

  • No cancellation fee up to 7 days before arrival

  • 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made between 6 and 1 day in advance

  • 100% in case of no-show or early departure

Reservations with a check-in date between 1 and 6 days from now:

  • 50% cancellation fee

  • 100% in case of no-show or early departure

Refunds are processed within 30 days, and any bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.


2. Direct bookings

For the period May 1 – September 30:

  • No cancellation fee up to 20 days before arrival

  • Up to 9 days – 30% cancellation fee

  • After this deadline or in case of failure to appear – 100% penalty

Reservations made through early booking promotions and special offers cannot be canceled or changed.


IV. PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Card payment – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro

  2. Bank transfer

The hotel does not store credit card information. Payments are secured via SSL and 3D Secure.


V. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Commerce Act, and is used solely for the purposes of the reservation.
Data is not disclosed to third parties, except for payment and reservation service providers.


VI. ACCESS CONTROL AND RULES

  • Access is restricted and monitored by CCTV

  • Wearing a wristband is mandatory

  • No pets allowed

  • Prohibition on Weapons and Dangerous Items

  • The hotel is not responsible for items left unattended
