All meals included in the All-Inclusive package during the holiday period (December 30, 2026, through January 2, 2027) are served as an extensive buffet featuring international cuisine, Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, juices from a dispenser, mineral water from a dispenser, and hot drinks from a vending machine (coffee, tea, cappuccino, hot chocolate, cocoa).
Holiday DJ parties featuring live vocalists will take place on December 30 and 31, 2026, and January 1 and 2, 2027.

Wide selection of imported alcoholic beverages available for an additional charge at the restaurant bars – Sky Restaurant “Babylon” and Restaurant “Sirius”.

I. Dining:
Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:30 (buffet)
*A wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, desserts, warm pastries, croissants, children’s cereals, pasta, etc.

Brunch on January 1, 2027 (late breakfast) from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Lunch: 12:30-14:00 /international cuisine, including a wide range of fresh salads, appetizers, soups, main dishes, fruit, desserts and vegetarian menu/.

Dinner: 18:00–20:00 /International cuisine, featuring a wide selection of fresh salads, appetizers, soups, main courses, fruit, desserts, and a vegetarian menu/.

On December 31, 2026 – The Festive New Year’s Gala Dinner starting at 8:00 PM, featuring a buffet with a specially curated menu.

Beverages:
11:00 – 22:00 at the bars in the main “Sirius” restaurant and/or the “Babylon” Sky restaurant;
Served at the bars in both restaurants during meal times and from 19:00 to 22:00, except on
New Year’s Eve, when they are included until 24:00. After 00:00, drinks are charged according to the à la carte menu
in the restaurants. All other beverages not included in the All-Inclusive package must be ordered and
paid for on-site at the bar of the chosen restaurant.
• Hot beverages from the coffee machine from 08:00 to 22:00 – instant coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, milk, tea, etc.;
• Non-alcoholic beverages from 11:00 to 22:00 – table water from a dispenser, juices from a machine,
soft drinks from a machine (Pepsi, Sprite, Mirinda, soda water, etc.). Served in the main
restaurant;
• Low-alcohol beverages of Bulgarian production (specific brand): draught wine – white and red and draft beer;
• Alcoholic beverages from 11:00 to 22:00 – Bulgarian-made: draft beer, draft wine (white), red wine, rosé, vodka, gin, rum, whisky, rakia, cognac.

!!!!! On 31.12.2026- on the New Year’s Gala evening – all drinks, non-alcoholic, low-alcohol, alcoholic and hot drinks are served until midnight;

III. Animation:

• Rich musical and artistic show program on New Year’s Eve – December 31, 2026

• Guest DJ from Dec 30, 2026, to Jan 2, 2027 (inclusive), show programs, and singers.

Animation for children:

Gifts from Santa Claus for the little ones under the tree on 31.12.2026 from 16:00 (gifts are prepared by …by the parents and left at reception, carefully wrapped and labeled.

IV. Use of the SPA center daily from 10:00 to 20:00:

➢ THERMAL ZONE: aroma sauna, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath (hammam), steam bath, salt room, ice bucket, and relaxation area (seating in the relaxation area is limited);
➢ WATER AREA: The water supplying the pools in the spa center comes from a natural thermal mineral spring in 30 m from the hotel, it emerges from a depth of 250 m at a temperature of 45 degrees, with a rich mineral composition and exceptionally good and healing properties;

• Indoor organic thermal pool with 100% mineral water at 37°C, featuring waterfalls, hydromassage jets, and Many healing properties;
• Outdoor organic thermal mineral infinity pool with natural healing mineral water supplied directly • Outdoor organic thermal mineral infinity pool with natural healing mineral water supplied directly

• Spa thermal zone access outside the hours specified in the All-Inclusive program (use of aroma sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared sauna, salt room) – €21.00 per person/day;
• Massages (by prior appointment) – as per the price list;
• Parking – €10.00 per day per vehicle;
VI. Booking, cancellation, and payment terms:
➢ Full payment (100%) for all reservations must be made via bank transfer no later than December 28, 2026.
➢ Cancellations without penalty are accepted until December 10, 2026.
➢ For cancellations between 11.12.2026 and 18.12.2026, 50% of the advance payment will be retained as a penalty;
➢ For cancellations made from 19.12.2026 onwards, no refunds will be issued.
➢ The hotel reserves the right to modify service times and delivery methods, as well as the operating hours of on-site facilities, depending on circumstances and weather conditions on the date of the event.
