Reservation and accommodation
Spa Hotel Sirius Beach undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the customer under the reservation, in their full amount according to the data provided by the customer through the reservation form: customer’s name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, regular and extra beds, price per night.
Prices, payment, guaranteed reservations, online booking
Through the online booking portal on our website you can immediately make the reservation you need according to the parameters you set and pay for it with a credit/debit card.
This way you will immediately receive confirmation of a successful and guaranteed booking. The reservation is GUARANTEED only after 100% advance payment.
The prices on the hotel website are in BGN, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount payable by the customer for the reservation is calculated depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the relevant period.
Accepted credit cards:
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro.
Important: The refund of a paid deposit or the entire reservation is made in the same way as it was paid. If you have paid by card the money will be refunded to the card from which the payment was made. If you have paid by bank, the money will be refunded to the bank account from which the transfer was made.
Spa Hotel Sirius Beach reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and availability. For confirmed and paid bookings, the amount due will not change regardless of new quotes submitted.
Reservation and inquiry by e-mail
If you choose this method of reservation, you need to send a short inquiry to our e-mail: siriusbeach@gmail.com with all the desired parameters – name of the guest, the chosen hotel, the base of board, number of nights, number of adults and children (age), after which you will be sent a price offer for accommodation. Upon confirmation and within 7 days after receipt of the offer, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the calculated amount. You can pay for your reservation by credit/debit card or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, we will provide you with an authorization form to complete and send to us. You will then receive a payment link to the email address you have provided, where you can fill in your credit/debit card details.
Personal data
Your personal data is protected according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and is only used by the reservation department of Spa Hotel Sirius Beach.
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We therefore process your information exclusively on the basis of applicable legislation, specifically the GDPR (to be referred to link: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/BG/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32016R0679&from=BG), the Data Protection Act (DPA) (to be referred to link: https://lex.bg/bg/laws/ldoc/2135426048) and the Electronic Commerce Act (CETA) (to be referred to link: https://lex.bg/index.php/bg/laws/ldoc/2135530547).
We do not provide data to third parties, with the exception of
– the payment processing payment service provider (bank, PayPal, ePay),
If an order is incomplete, we delete the data entered on it. Upon completion of the order and execution of the contract by us pursuant to Art. 1 (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data under the legal relationship until the expiration of the 10-year period provided for in Article 12 of the Accountancy Act (link: https://lex.bg/bg/laws/ldoc/2136697598).
